• Investing in a company with a special mineral license and providing advice on the sale and purchase of its shares, drafting relevant contracts and documents;
• Obtaining a certificate of land ownership and use rights, drafting legal documents and providing legal advice on issues related to land ownership and use;
• Drafting contracts and other legal documents related to oil operations;
• Drafting of documents required for obtaining a special license related to production activities and construction of industrial buildings, providing other legal advice related to production;
• Drafting contracts for the sale and purchase of petroleum products and providing legal advice related to this activity;
• Representing the client in the state authorities and courts and providing advocacy services;
