Tumenjargal Mendsaikhan

Lawyer Mendsaikhan (Mendsaikhan) graduated from the Law School of the National University of Mongolia and the Law School of the University of Mannheim in Germany, and successively obtained a bachelor's degree, a master's degree and a doctorate degree in law. Mendsaikhan is currently a senior professor at the Law School of the National University of Mongolia. His main research fields are contract law, international commercial law, mining law and tax law.

Attorney Mendsaikhan has served as an arbitrator of the Mongolia International Arbitration Center since 2004 and has handled a large number of commercial arbitration cases. In addition, Attorney Mendsaikhan also served as an executive member of the General Council of Justice of Mongolia from 2014 to 2018.

Attorney Mendsaikhan is qualified as a lawyer in Mongolia.
